Talking Books

A special series with conversations between Harry and authors of some of the most interesting new books out there.  It’s designed to be a counterweight to the 7-minute interviews that are the staples for most new authors, with 45-60 minutes discussions that are wide-ranging, nuanced, and even sometimes funny. In the series’ 4 seasons, we’ve had rich discussions with authors of books about contemporary politics such as Bob Woodward, Maggie Haberman, and Carol Leonnig; legal and political criticism such as George Will, Elie Mystal, and Dahlia Lithwick; personal memoirs such as Jason Kander, Fiona Hill, and Jamie Raskin; social science such as Juliette Kayyem, Rick Hasen, and Daniel Kahneman; and more.
